MERMIT are a techno duo, who are currently making their rulebook for deeply moving, dark, and emotional electronic music. Together, they share a sonic vision that pulls together techno elements with influences from ambient, ethereal techno, and even rock music. At the same time, all of their productions are instantly making a dark electric atmosphere.

MERMIT keeps adding their unique salt and taste to these straight-up dance floor jams tracks and more abstract compositions. They have grown up throwing secret loft parties, in their hometown, and already regular fixtures at clubs in Israel.

Omer and Amit were born in Tel-Aviv, Israel, in 1996 and 2000, where they bonded together to an innovator techno duo at a young age. At present they are making numerous opportunities to build relationships with fellow and global musicians who share their unique musical outlook, and they have released tracks on labels such as ‘Steyoyoke,’ ‘Us & Them,’ ‘Three Hands’ and ‘Frequenza’ and many more releases soon to come.

Their latest release was supported by Tale Of Us, Fideles, Fur Coat, Kevin de Vries, Øostil, Undercatt, Nick Devon, and many more.
